On the eastside of Dayton you'll find not your typical coffee shop at Pettibone Coffee. Named after a much loved family lake, Pettibone Coffee wants you to experience the whole process on the making of their coffee. You can watch the production and brewing process in their bright & spacious building. The pour over station was fascinating to watch as we enjoyed our coffee & food. There's lots of space to spread out & bring your computer to work at while you are there. The menu has breakfast & lunch items available to eat there or take with you. I was happy to find gluten free options on their menu and in their baked goods on the counter. If you are a coffee lover that enjoys seeing the whole process of watching how your coffee was made this is the place for you!
