Weekend rates (Friday and Saturday) are slightly higher than the Per Diem rates for lodging, but if you stay for 7 days or more the rates are discounted to match the local Per Diem. That means staying with Dayton Hospitality while on TDY will not cost you anything out of pocket for your lodging expense!
Weeknight rates are at the Per Diem for Government lodging for Dayton and Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Our short term rentals are a terrific value compared to a hotel room. For the same rate you will stay in a furnished one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and private laundry facilities.
