Hospitality Tip Tuesday

For our arriving guests we want to make sure they can easily check in so, we've come up with a new idea to help them out. Since we have two units that we have as a short term rental, we've had a few mixups over the past few years about which is the door they should be at to check in. We've sent them worded directions in the past but I got to thinking recently that a picture of the door sent to them would be the best idea. So, when we send the guests the code for the keyless entry they will also get a picture of the door they will enter with the code. Making our guests arrival easy should be even better now that we're going to be sending them a picture of the door for their short term rental.
