Adding some battery powered candles can add a nice decorative touch while also providing your guests with some emergency lighting. When decorating the apartment I was very careful about not using real candles when decorating because I was concerned about fire safety. But I wanted to have something available for the guests in case the power went out so, adding some electric candles was a perfect idea. I'm in search of a few more to put around both apartments for our guests to use for their enjoyment or in case of emergency.
