Anticipating your guests needs is always appreciated during their stay. Before the holidays we started to get some bookings for Thanksgiving & Christmas. We had one guest tell us she was coming up to stay close to her University of Dayton student for Thanksgiving. I walked through the kitchens in both are units wondering if we had everything needed to prepare a traditional meal for the holiday. The one thing I came up with was a mixer to make mashed potatoes. A hand mixer wasn't too expensive of an addition for the kitchen so, I made the purchase. Our guest was very happy we had one when she prepared their meal. It's real easy to get to know your guests before their visit and their plans because no body know your rental property better than you. That way you can prepare your property in the best way to make your guests stay special and easy.
