Hospitality Tip Tuesday

Preparation by having extra supplies available is essential to making sure your guests are taken care of at your short term rental. So, last week I focused on making sure I gave the apartments a deep clean after the holiday rush of guests. After cleaning & reorganizing my supply areas in our attic & basement, I made a shopping list of some of the items I need to restock. I don't want to run out of the essentials like toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & soap so, going through all the items on hand every few months helps. Also, sometimes during the business of back to back guests I get lazy about putting things away where I can see them easily or leave all the supplies in one units storage area (the attic is kinda creepy). After a couple shopping trips this week, we'll be restocked and ready for another busy season of hosting guests at Dayton Hospitality!
