As we traveled around the US and Europe over the past few years, I've kept a list of things I found handy or nice at the short term rentals. I knew they were things that I would use at our short term rentals some day. Here is a real simple one that not only I find handy for the rental but I use at home as well. Have containers around your place to collect your belongings so, they won't get lost or are quick to find for use.
