Salt Block Biscuit Company was a delightful surprise of many beautifully baked goods. I had been hearing about this place for quite awhile and decided to pop in on this sunny November day. I was overwhelmed by the choices of biscuits, bread, cakes, cobblers and cookies they had displayed around the shop. I appreciated their list of choices of freshly baked goods on the bucher paper roll on the wall to help identify all the treats. Unfortunately for me there was no gluten free goodies but I did buy some cookies for our guests checking in today and my husband. I'm anxious to try a bite of his cookies when he gets home from work. They also have breakfast & lunch options to eat in or take home.
