A delicious and fresh meal topped off a great weekend for our family from Massaman Thai Cuisine. Massaman Thai was formerly known as Siam Pad Thai at a different location in town and we had heard friends rave about it but never got to try it before they shut down to build the new location. We had watched the construction of the new location over the past year as we drive right by it on our way to work. Last Saturday, we finally got to try it and it did not disappoint at all! We ordered Beef Pad Thai, Massaman Curry over Jasmine rice, Chicken Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon. We ordered it at spice level 1 and it was perfect! They also gave my husband a Thai Tea for free when he went to pick it up since they were running a little behind. We all tried the tea and that was delicious as well. Our family will definitely be ordering take out real soon and trying some other dishes from Massaman Thai Cuisine.
