Carillon Brewing Company will take you back in time while you enjoy your meal of food inspired by the settlers of Dayton. Carillon Brewing Co. has updated & streamlined their food menu while also changing it to counter service. My friends & I enjoyed the Wurst platter and the special of a chicken sandwich. Everything was really tasty. They have also expanded their outdoor dining area which unfortunately we couldn't use that day as it was raining. The main feature at the brewery is the making of the ales and beers. It's fascinating watching the process happening and get to ask questions about the what they are doing. One of the most popular order is a flight or sampling of several of the house made beers. For an educational and delicious dining experience Carillon Brewing Company is the perfect spot.
