Hospitality Tip Tuesday

Guest feedback is super important when wanting to make your rental stand out from the others. A recent guest said that an alarm clock would have been helpful for them. When I set up both apartments I didn't put one in because I assumed most people used their cell phones for an alarm. I decided to add one because it really was an inexpensive request and the one I found has some great bonus features of a radio, sound machine & a optional projection of the time on the ceiling. I also laminated the instructions & put them under the clocks for the guests. Little touches of adding things your guests suggest will make for a great short term rental that will keep the guests happy & coming back.
